Father, 

I pray that You can wipe my memory, my shame, my guilt, and anything in my past that does not delight You, so that I no longer remember them, or choose to remember them, just like You have chosen to not remember. 

Free me from these shackles, Lord. Free my from this soul tie. I still love her, but I know that this soul tie isn't what You want. Free me, even if it hurts so much that it will kill so much of me. 

Give me a thankful heart. Give me a joyful heart. Give me a hopeful heart that always remember your promises.
